stars“I would highly recommend Jonathan’s boot camp. I went in with the intention of increasing my cardio and losing some body fat. By the end of the 3 months boot camp I was able to achieve my goals. My cardio is better than ever. It is very hard to tell if your cardio has gone up but for me it was obvious and it was because of this boot camp. When I go out to play basketball now, I can run at high intensity for a longer duration. He provides a wide variety of exercises that train all parts of the body and with different intensity levels to keep you on your toes all the time. Always a great workout, and at the end he always has a game to help wrap things up. The games are one of my favourite parts of the boot camp. He makes sure these games still stimulate muscle so you are consistently training while having fun. Great program and great instructor.”
