stars“I joined Jonathan’s boot camp with the intention of getting stronger and healthier. Jonathan is a very motivational and effective instructor. He has a very structured program with challenging activities and exercises that overall makes each session very interactive and fun for everyone. In particular I liked the fact that we had a fitness test at the start and end of the program. Throughout the process you may not realize how far you’ve come but the fitness test allows you to assess your overall progress. As a very competitive person, knowing how well others performed in the class really pushed me to improve myself. Overall, the program was great and produced good results! Highly Recommended.”
